institutions. These orders must be accompanied by an official signed purchase order or
letter of authorization. Be sure to include the 'order code' number located in the on-line

subject to credit approval and may take slightly longer to process. Or Mail your purchase order too: Low Cost Shipping: Our shipping charge are $4.00 for one item and $6.00 for two items (add $2 for each additional product ordered). All items are shipped via mail within the US and Canadian markets. We ship within 2 weekdays for items in stock. Please allow 2-10 weekdays for delivery, depending on your postal zone. Our Guarantee: Because we only carry the best videos and books on photography, it is easy to offer you a simple satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied, simply return the product (together with the original invoice, or a copy) within 30 days for a store credit or exchange only. Sorry, no refunds will be made and a 10% restocking fee will be charged on all non-defective returns. No Hassle Returns: Our defective return policy is also simple.
